Meet the Owners

Junk Hikers was started in 2021 after Malachi decided he wanted to start a business of his own. Malachi has experience in the construction and transportation industry, and stumbled upon junk removal after falling into a late night YouTube hole while looking for business ideas. After 6 months of learning and educating himself on the industry, Junk Hikers was launched. Malachi wanted his commitment to hard work and customer satisfaction to shine in his business, and that’s what we aim for every day. His wife, Angela, is often the friendly voice you may hear when you call for an estimate or to schedule a pickup. She also is a butt kicker that isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and help with a deck demolition or moving of heavy furniture. Together, they live in Boyertown with their son Bennett and their two dogs, Nikkita and Denali. They enjoy hiking together (hence the name Junk Hikers), camping, traveling, spending time as a family, and visiting local restaurants when not hiking junk.
